For which hooves is the Swiss Galoppers suitable?<\/summary>\n

The Swiss Galoppers is primarily designed as a riding boot. The SG-Models covers most hoof shapes and is available in six sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For horses with long hooves, wide frogs and high heels, we recommend the \u2018SG-L\u2019. This slightly longer hoof boot is also available in six sizes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Swiss Galoppers is less suitable for horses with very round hooves, misalignments or splayed hooves. In such cases, it is strongly recommended that you test the product first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In which properties do the Swiss Galoppers differ?<\/summary>\n

We have received positive feedback from our customers that our hoof boot is very easy and comfortable to use. This is particularly true for young or sensitive horses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the durable material, the sole tread and the resulting low wear and tear, the Swiss Galoppers can be worn for a very long time and in any season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shock-absorbing and anti-rotation insole is not only comfortable for young horses; sensitive and older horses also walk well in them. Following laminitis or in cases of osteoarthritis, the SG enables pain-free movement with a natural gait. However, the Swiss Galoppers is primarily designed as a riding boot, not as a therapeutic boot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u2018X-Model\u2019 is suitable for challenging conditions in autumn, winter and spring. Thanks to its spikes, it protects your horse from slipping on slush, snow and ice.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

The \u2018SG\u2019, our classic model, is suitable for round to oval hooves with a proportional heel height. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For horses with broad pasterns or high heels, we recommend the \u2018SG-L\u2019. \u2018L\u2019 stands for \u2018Long\u2019<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long can I use the Swiss Galoppers before they need to be replaced?<\/summary>\n

A wide range of stress tests and customer experiences confirm that the Swiss Galoppers last around twice as long as other hoof boots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, the lifespan depends very much on the type of ground and the intensity of riding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The horse\u2019s gait is also a decisive factor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a guide, our hoof boots last for up to 2,000 riding kilometres. Depending on how well they are looked after and the weather conditions, wear parts such as the toe cap or the fastening straps may need to be replaced.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
