The shop is clear and very easy to use. Additionally, the support is very friendly and helpful and they really try to find a solution for every problem. The staff Hoof boots themselves are really good and flexible to adjust to any needs. For example, there is also a long version that is well suited for flatter heels. The system with the replacement parts is also very well thought out, because you don’t have to take the Hoof boot bucket off when, for example, the drainage protection has been washed off.

We are really satisfied with the hoof boots. However, I only change the shoes to a limited extent. New shoes are equipped with 6 mini spikes for better ground grip, and when the rear ones are no longer good, I replace the front ones with the back ones. There they quickly wear out the spikes on the outside edge, which is why I don’t like changing them to the other side, so that the rotation is not affected by the remaining spikes. My mare has had patellar arthritis for years, and so it works very well for us!

I saw a report on SwissGaloppers on SRF and thought it was great that there was a product from Switzerland. However, my horse groomer shook his head and said it wouldn’t work with my horse. So I stayed with the shoes.

Then about 3 years ago the problems started. Hoof boot It always just started rotating in front of one hoof. The horse went lame for no apparent reason. So I then tried the Swiss Galoppers in the L version and voila …

A horse that runs great, fits well, looks chic, and lasts a long time.
